To meet the client's aspirations for a modern luxury concept, we devised a design solution that combined refined elegance with contemporary flair. Key to achieving this was the strategic integration of high-end finishes, bespoke furnishings, and thoughtful spatial planning.

In the foyer area, we capitalized on the double-storey height to create a grand entrance that immediately captivates visitors. A statement chandelier suspended from the lofty ceiling adds drama and visual interest, while accentuating the sense of luxury. To further elevate the space, we implemented intricate wainscoting panels throughout the foyer, adding texture and depth to the walls, and imparting a timeless elegance.

Throughout the house, large windows and open floor plans were utilized to maximize natural light and create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The family area was designed with generous proportions to accommodate various activities while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Plush seating arrangements, luxurious textiles, and carefully curated decor elements contribute to the overall feeling of comfort and refinement.

The incorporation of full house wainscoting served as a defining feature, imparting a sense of architectural grandeur and sophistication to every room.
