To meet the challenge presented, we crafted a design solution that celebrated the inherent beauty of Kempas wood while infusing the exterior with elements of modern sophistication. The key was to harness the natural characteristics of the wood and incorporate them into a design that harmonized with the environment.

The primary feature of the design was the extensive use of Kempas wood throughout the exterior facade. From cladding and siding to decking and pergolas, Kempas wood was utilized to create a cohesive and visually striking composition. Its warm tones and rich grain patterns added depth and texture to the exterior, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

In addition to the prominent use of Kempas wood, contemporary design elements were incorporated to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. Clean lines, minimalist detailing, and geometric forms were employed to create a sense of modernity while maintaining a timeless elegance. Strategic use of glass elements allowed for ample natural light penetration, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Landscaping played a crucial role in softening the transition between the built environment and the natural surroundings. Native plants and greenery were integrated to complement the organic warmth of the Kempas wood, creating a seamless connection with the landscape.
